We pride ourselves on carrying out everything ourselves. All of the design, planning and manufacturing processes are done in‑house, which ensures meticulous attention to detail and high-quality products. It also gives us unique flexibility in tailoring products to our customers’ requirements.
Design
Our design department is generally where it begins, with creative ideas to plan something that is more fun, more comfortable, more aesthetically pleasing; sometimes completely new, and sometimes improving on our existing products. Their considerations are always also on suitability for the space for which equipment is intended.
Marketing and Sales
Often, creative ideas originate with our distributors or even end-users, and our “front-line”, customer-facing people work with them to help bring their ideas, concepts, and dreams to fruition. Our Marketing and Sales teams really see themselves as Customer Service, working to ensure that everyone isn’t just satisfied, but is thrilled.
Engineering, QA, and Operations
Our Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Operations departments ensure the quality of our products from the planning stage through manufacture and shipping. For quality assurance, we operate locally under the ISO 9001-2008 standards, the 1498 standard for playground equipment, and the 5093 standard for shading. For the US, we are members of IPEMA, have passed the rigorous initial IPEMA inspection (with flying colors!), and are in the process of registering our playground equipment as compliant with the ASTM F1487-21 standard. A list of validated products may be viewed at www.ipema.org. Our accessible equipment that will be sold in the US will similarly be fully compliant with ADA Standards for Accessible Design.
Manufacturing
We start by using the finest-quality materials, including cast plastic (HDPE) boards, stainless steel plates and profiles, polycarbonate, rotated cast plastic parts, reinforced fiberglass elements, galvanized steel sheets and profiles, level 5 pine boards, and steel core cables. Our equipment is finished with multiple layers of paint, including powder coating to ensure that it is rust-proof and graffiti-proof.
Our machinery is state-of-the-art, and we manufacture the highest-quality products, while assuring compliance to customer requirements and standards. And because we produce everything ourselves, we can ensure shorter lead and delivery times.
